“Seba Makina Angle Ring Machine” is engineered to minimize operational workload and maximize drying efficiency. Capable of precise manufacturing in desired diameters and radii thanks to production-specific molds, the system offers dual-sided production (both internal and external) with a single mold set.

The drying process begins by placing the moist material between female and male molds. While the high-pressure hydraulic press maintains the geometric form of the material, high-frequency technology ensures homogenous and effective drying. The water molecules released during the process are evaporated via the heated bottom platen and rapidly evacuated from the cabin by the advanced ventilation system.

Featuring a safe cabin architecture that facilitates process monitoring and emergency intervention, the machine is managed via a PLC-controlled operator panel. Completing each cycle in a short span of 12-15 minutes, this advanced technology delivers high speed, maximum precision, and minimum energy loss in industrial drying processes.
