“Seba Core Stacking Table” is utilized for stacking transformer cores weighing up to 300 tons. It accommodates the assembly of 3 or 5-limb cores. All equipment is installed directly on the floor. Furthermore, the stacking table is a self-standing makina capable of enduring all dynamic forces exerted during the tilting and uprighting of the core.
The table is constructed from two main steel frame sections, with each section featuring a bearing base equipped with a main hydraulic cylinder connected to the tilting arm. These sections are integrated into a compact steel structure by two longitudinal carriers and a fixed central limb carrier. To the left and right of the central carrier, two sliding limb carriers are positioned, which can be adjusted to the required distance via user-friendly linear guides and pneumatic brakes. A sliding track is located on the upper side of the limb carriers for mounting yoke and limb supports.
The entire makina is equipped with a dedicated safety system to support the core throughout the tilting process. The core holder, located at the lower side of the makina, is adjusted by a hydraulic support system before the main tilting sequence begins. The core tilting operation is performed by the main hydraulic system. When the transformer core is fully prepared, a single button press on the operator’s control desk automatically executes all processes via hydraulic cylinders and the electrical control system.
It can be custom manufactured in preferred dimensions and tailored to varying load capacities ranging from 1 ton up to 300 tons.
Control Panel :
With the touch screen that comes with the machine, all data can be monitored and controlled on the screen.
Working Platform :
Special hydraulic lifting platforms are used for a faster and more efficient assembly. As the array layer in the transformer core rises, the personnel can adjust the work platform to the desired height with the buttons on the portable control panel for more ergonomic work. All platforms can be driven to the desired position by means of hydraulics.
Concept Taping Unit SB-NB 900 :
Before a finished core is overlapped, the legs are pressed and taped with SB-NB 900. The entire unit is craned onto the stacked core and then fixed to the table column. After the core foot(s) are attached, they can be taped, this procedure is then done leg-to-leg. With the mounted hydraulic press beam, the leg is pressed and taped under pressure. The printing system is integrated into the writing unit frame.
This must be ordered as a common system and cannot be integrated from another party or at a later stage.
