“Seba Makina Foil Winding Machine” is designed to wind LV (Low Voltage) coils for distribution transformers with capacities ranging from approximately 400 kVA to 10,000 kVA using copper or aluminum foil. The machine is equipped with an automatic electronic foil tension and alignment control system that ensures optimum compliance with tolerance values.

The integrated PLC system precisely manages all necessary stops and foil tension to achieve consistent windings, allowing coil production to be carried out with high efficiency. A TIG welding unit is incorporated into the machine to join the foil to the busbars. This unit is integrated into the main chassis of the machine before the drive system. This configuration allows the busbar to be connected to the foil before the foil is cut, providing a significant advantage in terms of time savings.

The user interface consists of a multi-touch operator panel that enables easy programming of winding data.

It is compact dimensions and advanced technical features allow setup and preparation times to be minimized. With this machine, coils in round, oval, or rectangular geometries can be produced with high speed and precision.
