The adjustable reel mounting arrangement offers versatile operation with its flexible and modular structure. Furthermore, the capability to perform winding in either vertical or horizontal positions is executed via arms capable of rotating 90°. This feature ensures rapid and effortless adaptation according to varying production requirements.
The transition between vertical and horizontal axes is performed by an optionally available geared system. This mechanism enhances operational efficiency and provides great convenience for the operator. The pneumatic braking system (6 bar) integrated into the reels enables processing with high safety and precision.
Special separating and straightening rollers, which ensure neat and smooth wire feeding, support the high performance of the system. Additionally, the wire inlet compression rollers are manufactured from castamide material, increasing resistance and ensuring long-lasting use.
The operator-controlled lateral (left-right) travel function offers a movement distance of 3000 mm, enabling precise guiding during the manufacturing process.
The custom-designed guide system for the lower and upper rear reels ensures neat and safe wire routing. The robust body structure and ergonomic design are optimized for long-term durability and comfortable operation.
The entire system is managed via a user-friendly control panel, allowing all functions to be easily accessed from the operator interface.
